Biography:

The youngest defender of Azovstal. He was born in Vinnytsia and from an early age was passionate about martial arts, history, and sport. At 18, he joined the ranks of the Azov Regiment, and with the start of the full-scale invasion he stood up to defend Mariupol.

For three months he held the defense of Azovstal, sustained a wound and a concussion, and was taken prisoner by the occupiers. He endured the inhuman conditions of a “DNR” colony, yet kept his fighting spirit, and after his release he returned to the front. He founded the “Kontakt 12” unit.

On May 6, 2024, Nazarii fell in battle near the Serebrianskyi Forest in the Luhansk region. He was only 21.

He was posthumously awarded the title Hero of Ukraine with the Order of the “Gold Star” for exceptional courage and devotion to the Motherland.

He is remembered as a bright, brave, and sincere person—a brother-in-arms and a commander who became an example for a new generation of warriors.

“Love your mom, eat porridge, love Ukraine.”

He left too early. But his name will remain in our hearts forever.
