Biography:
He was born on October 20, 1997, in the city of Kuznetsovsk (now Varash), Rivne Oblast. He studied at School No. 2 in Varash.
He loved sports and tourism very much and was a member of the “Olbery” club. He received numerous awards in athletics and tourism. After finishing school, he enrolled at Lutsk National University, but left his studies after two years.
In 2017, he was drafted for compulsory military service, which he served in the city of Pavlohrad, Dnipropetrovsk Oblast. During his conscription service, he signed a contract with the National Guard of Ukraine.
He served in Military Unit 3007 in the city of Zolochiv, Lviv Oblast. In wartime, he was a dog handler. Dima loved dogs very much (especially German Shepherds). And cats loved him too, even though he was always around dogs.
In June 2023, he was transferred to Military Unit 3035 of the National Guard of Ukraine in the city of Sloviansk, Donetsk Oblast.
On February 2, 2024, he was killed near the village of Terny, Kramatorsk Raion, Donetsk Oblast, while carrying out a combat mission, as a result of artillery fire.
During his service, he received:

▪️ the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine badge “For Courage in Service”
▪️ the Order “For Courage,” 3rd Class (posthumously)
